What is the Special Education Advisory Committee?
Every school district is required to have a Special Education Advisory Committee. This committee is an advisory committee to the Board of Trustees on matters pertaining to the Special Education programs and services. SEAC has certain responsibilities that have been outlined in provincial legislation, Regulation 464/97.
