Rules Governing the Use of School Properties

Please refer to board policy 3E:13 Authorization for Use of School Facilities for a complete list of rules governing the use of all school facilities.   FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE HURON-PERTH CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD.

Applications to use board facilities shall be submitted via the Community Use of Schools link through the board’s website at www.huronperthcatholic.ca  as far in advance as possible, preferably at least two weeks before the date of the event.  For more information please call the Community Use of School Coordinator at (519) 345-2440 ext. 341 or e-mail denise_dejong@hpcdsb.edu.on.ca.
